I would order pizza from here every week while at work. The last time I ordered, the delivery was mixed up with that of another customer and I did NOT receive what I ordered. When I called back, I was told that I would receive a $5.00 credit toward my next order. The SAME week, that promise was not kept when I went into the store. Needless to say, I will be taking my business, and that of my colleagues elsewhere. I truly wish things would have worked out differently. It's really a shame they are willing to lose that much business over a simple $5 bill.

I have never been treated so badly. I preordered the pizza for 2:30 am as I was picking up a bunch of guys from a bachelor party. When I got there it wasn't ready no big deal. I brought some waters out to the guys and returned back inside. After about 6 minutes, I received my pizza and took it outside for the boys waiting in the car. The order was wrong, I had no problem with this but the sauce was missing from the breadsticks. One of the guys went in side and asked for dip which was given. After eating a few slices it was clear more was going to be needed i went inside and asked. And they wanted to charge me for them, I said well you got my order wrong so you think we could let this slide? I was then told he confirmed my order on the phone with three times and that's it's my fault because I'm clearly intoxicated. This was extremely untrue and rude, considering I was picking up these guys clearly the DD. I said excuse me, I am not but could I just have the ranch I'll pay for it. He gave me more attitude before I had to repeat myself that I would PAY for it. He gave me some attitude and told me he didn't believe I had money. Finally I paid my 0.50 and got my ranch. Then used some choice words on my way out. Overall, the pizza is good but that's not okay to berate a customer over 0.50 ranch. Like dude
